I was looking for part time jobs/entry level jobs with low mental energy requirements (proof of paycheck for the FHA loan) while working on student housing.

Before spending another minute of energy on it, check with zoning.

Hi Dwayne, Like you the first time I heard Grant Cardone was on a BP podcast and his energy stuck with me as it probably has you too. 

If I had to put on future-vision glasses, I see more push toward green (lower energy use/carbon footprint being a big factor), technology (e.g. applying 'Big Data' to real estate; impacts due driverless cars, etc. etc.), safety and security all being growing areas.

I see such great energy and vast knowledge and insights on here.

Here are links to the DTE and Consumers Energy forms that you need to have signed and approved by the tenants in order to monitor their utilities. 

I love your perspective and the possibility of alternative energy too (which I had not thought of - but should have).

I am not opposed to paying for education, but I'm not gonna blow my whole savings account so someone can tell me to clean up my credit, make a LinkedIn profile,  and start wholesaling...I have a ton of POSITIVE energy, a rapidly-expanding network, and a boatload of leads... anyone interested?
