But all in good time.One of the main reasons I am getting into this business is to help people.

But I'm having a hard time finding one that has no points and also mainly - that does not balk at my DTI.

Now I'm pretty sure Trump is/was mainly a buy-and-hold investor because I remember hearing that he instructed his kids to do that when they started running parts of his business.

To me my only choice is to work the 1099 job for another year and a half, or maybe find a great deal on a multi unit that can be paid for with hard money and refinanced out of one year later.

The main I’m leaning on to this decision to sell my home and rent is for many various reasons.

Just mainly using it just for the ability to move quickly and make cash offers, leaning towards 60% HELOC/40% cash, then refinance just wanted to see what some others were doing.
