I have a tenant who allowed someone to move into the apartment and now wants him out.The squatter refuses to leave and because he has been living in the apartment for some time and has personal property in the apartment has by legal standards "established residency".The tenant on the lease is current with the rent and other than having allowed someone to move in he is a fair tenant.Please provide assistance.

Almost all will do Assignments although you might have to go over the assigned agent to someone higher who understands it.American title is the only one that will do a dry double closing but they want to know you're established.

We found plates and glasses, etc also at an auction, and would flesh them out from Christmas Tree Shops (that's where we'd replenish wine glasses, silverware, coffee mugs - can't beat a buck apiece).Bottom line is that there's a lot to purchase when you're starting from scratch.
