Hello!

Just wanted to join in the discussions here at BP, I have been lurking for some time now while trying to wrap my head around all the challenges and obstacles when it comes to real estate investments.  

My background is Network Engineering, however I have spent a little time back in 2002 as a loan officer for a smaller mortgage company.  Most of my family works in some form of real estate (appraisers, real estate agents, contractors, etc), so I feel like this could help my learning curve some - in addition to all the great people here.

My goal is to begin with marketing for rehab projects and/or wholesaling deals to investors in our area. I have attended my first REIA class a couple weeks ago, which was all directed towards wholesaling, had a great time and look forward to attending more.

Anyways, just a quick hello - thanks to the BP community and the BP podcasts as they have already helped me establish a path forward.
