That is something else you can do, call around & get some ideas on what things will cost. 

Limited parking can pose challenges, affecting the tenant pool and potentially requiring lower rent.

Not saying these aren't good ideas, but they can also be overwhelming.

I've somewhat committed to the idea of 3 drawer chests in place of nightstands on each side of the bed, but even those are not cheap and don't save you that much compared to 2 nightstands plus a shared dresser per room.
