At least in this last response you touch on some of your mistakes such as not asking the poster questions to clarify.

The barrier to entry (education, experience, money, connections) do seem to be quite a bit higher to get all of those above mentioned benefits in comparison to opening a brokerage account and purchasing stocks.No essay needed.

You can also pay someone on fiverr to do it very easily using code  Gotcha, where can I connect power query though? 

Or simply connect with those that provide rentals to OOS investors as I did.

I'm wanting to connect with an asset protection specialist to ensure that I have legal entities etc. setup correctly and I'm covering all my bases.
