Watch out for those who want to charge you upfront fees for reviewing your loan and charges for POF's, most if not all are scammers. 

The wholefoods and other big chains slating to open is the ara is what im watching closely brfore pulling the triger. the hopes is that wilk crate jobs and help to reduce the crime rate.

Yup packages arriving that don't need signature can be problematic, above post is good thought about weight,, have tenant call sender and report it to the sender that received only partial contents, could the sender maybe be sending in 2 shipments and this just a partial shipment.Advise tenant not much else to do than require signature required on packages or have them sent to their job so they can take delivery there.This is a huge issue all over the country, people watch delivery trucks and simply rip off what's been delivered to the door step.

Your eagerness to answer people's questions is admirable, but I think if you watch some of the conversations as they unfold, you'll learn a lot more of the technical aspects of accounting and taxation by reading and absorbing the answers from others.Most of the CPAs here have key word alerts and they will chime in on 99% of the tax related questions.
