I have called the number and spoke to a lady who is representing the owner.

Here is a situation I'd love your feedback on: My first rental property (the Kurt Cobain house) has had a little old lady living there since I moved out 6 years ago.

I owed over 25000 in income tax and 7 grand in GST (goods and services tax) I currently owe 4 grand on the income tax @ $290 every two weeks, I took a loan out to pay the government but  I didn't want to take out a loan again for the gst, so the nice lady on the phone kindly accepted a promise to pay of 1000 every two weeks until its paid off.

If a rehab worker saws off his finger at one of my investment houses, he can get legal representation for "$0 down" but may very well cost me 6 figures to defend...when it wasn't even my fault.  

Make sure to include "Address Service Requested" below your return address and you will get the postman/lady showing up at your door asking for $.59 per return. 

-After a ton of arm twisting, Norada and the rehabber (not exactly sure how this works) has agreed to do some of the repairs, but he is moving very slow on them and the property is still not repaired -This has been a bigger issue of lots of finger pointing and nobody has even apologized to me yet for what has happened.

So proving gross negligence against a broker/agent is going to be a very tough road to go down.When people do not get what they want they start pointing fingers at everyone looking to lay blame.
