During my visit to my area I went to local restaurants and asked staff if they knew people in the business.

Roofstock is an easy platform to put an offer on a house, most internal staff are very helpful and I love Roofstock Academy. 

As a person in the finance world, Latchel and other 3rd party systems are horrendous and causes double-work and triple checking everyone got paid and just another system to learn and login to for both your staff and tenants. 

They are growing in size but their staff seems willing & able to meet the needs of their customers.

But on the positive side MSU has seen a tremendous amount of student population growth and Starkville just isn't that big and they cant all fit on campus, much less the increased support staff. 

I was approached today by a local restaurant looking to house their staff in my 2bdrm 2bath condo.  

These are pretty low paying jobs and it still costs more in the US to staff warehouses and make product.   

Hi Ulises,The meth lab is very important information.

They don’t have enough staff for the demand of bookings.

@Luke Moore -- I know you probably dont want the suggestions...haha but if you're in Iowa and if it's not too late may not be a bad idea to look into having radiant heat in the sidewalks from a liability standpoint and for safety - We had a harder winter than usual the past couple years and I get tired of buying salt and worrying someone is going to slip/fall plus you cant always count on staff to shovel and clear off the sidewalks - lots of outside vendors will also be coming in a facility with 16 beds as well.
