Question about renting apt to a restaurant for their employees.

Greetings all!

So here's my question. I was approached today by a local restaurant looking to house their staff in my 2bdrm 2bath condo.  The staff would be the tenants, and the owner, who lives elsewhere, would be the only name on the lease.  I've never had an arrangement like this before. What sort of pitfalls should I be aware of and what special provisions should the lease include?
