Hey,Just a quick introduction, I have been involved in real estate for about 3 years now.

I am extremely interested in becoming involved with real estate and hopefully growing it into something special.I am interested in purchasing a multi-family for my first home and real estate investment.  

With Hud Homes it is also a program designed to help those who want to become home owners and can not put down the traditional amount.There are more details that are involved and I will also explain that the 3.5% down was relevant at the time I was licensed as a Realtor.
