What up BP! I recently came across the podcasts which peaked my interest and decided to dive head first into the site and real estate investing. I love everything about it and look forward to an exciting future with investing. I recently purchased a home last January (which I currently live in) and also purchased a lot in Atlantic Beach a few months ago where I will be building a new home.
I am thinking of renting my current home out, once I move into my new one in 4 months. I believe I would like to be in the buy and hold area of investing, however I would like to perform 1 fix and flip over the next 6 months.
I do have some prior experience as a property manager in Orlando for some large units that housed college students including a fraternity house so I am not too scared about becoming a landlord.
Any advice on running the rental analysis once I move out would be helpful.
Cheers!

Thanks guys, excited to get this rolling. My lot's 2 blocks west of 3rd. I am hoping to find a deal east, however I'd probably move into it then.
The analysis spreadsheets are super helpful.
