I am knowledgeable in the construction industry / Construction management / finance management / etc. hoping to expand my investments into BRRRRs for the Houston, Texas area. 

Expectations currently are that the demand for industrial real estate will grow to 1 billion square feet by 2025!

So quick background, I'm a commercial GC, in the industry for about 10+ years now, so I understand the industry from a larger scale, not much overlap into small residential, but have been looking to get into RE investing to generate some long term wealth via the BRRRR method, get a little cashflow in the meantime, start relatively small, and scale right into a kush, early retirement.

Since warehouses and industrial space is in high demand in the Austin metro, Lockhart is stepping up.

I’m interested in starting to meet investors and people in the industry.

Pura Vida is the vibe the tourism industry wants to spread, while crime there is not talked about as much or reported on very often.

@Jason YoungShort answer for you below after being in the securities industry: 1) never cash out prior to retirement age, you’ll get hit with 10% plus taxes 2) try to roll over to IRA or your other 401k.

Hi @Ronairo L Wilburn, Just an FYI, the 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary industry has no licensing, registration or regulation. 

There isn't a lot of industry there. 

I wish I had gotten into the industry 20 years ago because I feel like I could have learned and done so much more by now.
