It's just another sign of the Austin metro growing. Lockhart is creating an economic development park that is shovel ready. It's 27 miles southeast of the airport along sh 130. Since warehouses and industrial space is in high demand in the Austin metro, Lockhart is stepping up. It will be a catalyst for more development too as jobs are created.
