Account Closed Hey i have considered it as possibility however never fully engaged in it i focused my time and capital into merchandise exchange stores online and real estate investing.

I had a tenant ask to bring their own W/D and I would of been fine with that, but I had nowhere to store the one in the unit.  

They put a Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, Burlington Coat Factory and a bunch of small stores and restaurants.

I have seen that type at hardware stores, you can cut with a scissors to fit.   

My mother will be living there and running the store, and I would be the Landlord and partner to the business.
