hello everybody and thanks for all the responses and supportill try answering everyone the best the i can:* lived in Israel all of my life - im a software engineer and the company im working for moved me here.

I am young and do not want to be laying tile the rest of my life so i would like to get into the buisness of real estate investing and flipping homes to build a wealth and possibly a passive income.

And of course I habe attended a an few seminars in the Reno area and they are all like those late night infomercials that say "if you pay only $19.99 you roo can have this life".

Set up some stability in your life here in the US, then continue with your business aspect.

Putting things I've learned from here and other places and tying them together in real life.  

I have a great career currently with a stable paycheck and healthy W2.

It was then that I had the scariest conversation of my life.

I wouldn't mind living in the property how ever long I need to to get that $7k We are in it for the long term, an I understand noting is free in life.
