In the future, I would try to schedule the inspection so that you can participate via facebook live, skype, facetime, or some other app or train your friend to do the inspection and document it properly.

So my real estate journey began with an older coworker asked me if I had any plans for the future or what kind of investments I was involved in.

So my suggestion to you is find an area that you are interested in then dive in and do your home work, see what the community is like what future employment and current employment rate is, find out who is providing jobs and potential suppliers of jobs, research the RE market and neighborhoods, what is the inventory to DOM ratio, there is an # of market etc etc...

So extending it up to gardners basin is a good play for future events, business, tourism and safety.

So if you have a job offer letter that has been signed by your future employer then we can use that income to qualify you for the loan.Ah, the good ol' FHA "Mortgage Insurance".

The point I was making wasn’t that real estate is bad (I am long real estate and will be for the foreseeable future).

I was wondering if I can get a cash out refi in the future for 20K if I wanted to buy a second property ?

I agree that Chelsea, Lynn, Revere have bright futures--at least, I hope they do.
