Hello,I'm renting out a house on a fairly large lot with a meandering creek/ditch, trees, and grass.

I am counting on Trump getting re-elected and the Fed continuing to pump up the Market and people like you fleeing from CA and NY.

He is a contractor and very skilled at it, so we began the process of getting it to FHA standard (covering exposed wires, fixing some siding that had fallen, sheet-rocked a ceiling with old water damage, cutting grass so inspector can see septic, etc... we're about $1,500 into it). 

There is a gardener doing service biweekly (courtesy service by landlords), per lease tenets are responsible for mowing grass etc.

@Vladimir Gonzalez I'm not the one who's opposed to the term "helping" someone in foreclosure, the Feds are. 

I'm at the point where I'm so fed up, I'm considering just getting my license so I can have direct access to the MLS and put in my own few offers every week.The biggest issues I have faced with realtors I have worked with:- Don't answer phone or get back to me- Take DAYS to put in an offer for me- Don't answer questions/provide property informationALL that said, I'm not ignorant to the fact that I have probably annoyed an agent or two.

Explain the situation, offer to cut the grass and make dinner once a week in return for sleeping on the couch and sharing utilities. 

You get more and more oil stains, trash and/or grass in the landscape rock, more vehicles that never move, window heat shields made of newspaper or aluminum foil.

Interest payments to lender, cutting the grass, utilities, property taxes, insurance (higher on flips since the house is vacant), etc. 

If you can cover them with 1-2 inches of soil that is enough to grow grass.
