Chicago winters can be harsh, so we're curious if anyone has had a good experience using a heat pump with an ancillary heat strip for those extremely cold days when the heat pump can't keep up.

@Allen Tracy got one CPA that I use, he is based closer to me however, good one to put on your list to contact.

Wish it had a stainless steel carafe' but for 10 bucks, good to add it as a spare.There was a deal on Solimo Keurig coffee pods for about 9 cents a pod, but all of them sold out in seconds.

My team has been in a court case on this issue and I don't want to speak too much before the case is complete, but it's looking good for us. 

A good mentor should also offer references of people you can talk to about them and their experience.
