The house looks plain on the outside, and I don't get the sense of modernity in any of the design or the exterior architecture of the building.

The problem really comes down to the fact that the majority of these vacation rental platforms are not designed for enterprise use (because they're marketed towards consumers), so there's multiple proprietary systems to try to map out for someone to sync them all, rather than being built to map with the GDS (global distribution system) platforms that more traditional booking engines (Expedia, Booking.com, Travelocity, etc) use.

Your competitors are putting this functionality into their systems now and while you have the competitive edge in actual design, your functionality does not seem up to snuff.Plus that processing time....

If it is already designated as being non-conforming, you really shouldn't have any issues with it.Although, it may be difficult to rent units in an industrial park.

@James DeRoest,sorry i could not be of help, but maybe if your time permits, you could go by a lighting showroom (no big box stores) and run those questions by them (usually they know about this or have electricians installing this all day). i recommend one specialized in modern/contemporary lighting.in the worst case you got some free coffee, nice ladies to look at and maybe some clearance items or some networking with lighting designers...
