However, as others have mentioned, it’s not common for tax professionals to review just one form, like the 8824, without seeing your entire tax situation.1031 exchanges can get complicated, and reviewing only part of the process might lead to errors or missed details.

I think, at the core BP still helps a ton of people get into the real estate game.I personally also fell off the podcast when Brandon Turner left.

If you decide to buy a property like this you probably need to buy it cheaper, get multiple quotes, and talk to contactors in person.

@Mateusz SkibaRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I know where I live a project like this could be very difficult and expensive to get approved through local planning boards.
