I would love to connect with like minded people that is striving for financial freedom thru real estate investing looking to do fix & flips here in Nevada.

And they are preying on newer investors who just don't know what they don't know.. and that is  doctors and nurses don't rent homes in the HOOD.. and that 40 and 50k Class D and C are not the way to your freedom number and your going to retire if they were that's all he would be doing he would not be selling them he would be keeping them all... its a money grab he is a Guru just with a different product.. same thing though whatever he is selling the end buyer is in for a rude awakening and I guess if that's his beleifs that these C and D s are solid easy to manage properties well then I guess that's his opinion..

Most of these are free since its freedom of information act.

I would like to travel more and hence the desire for financial freedom hopefully through real estate.

These "free" seminars are no different than time shares, retirement planning, achieving financial freedom (aka MLM) etc.

We love the idea of making great money while doing good for the elderly, but concerned the time commitment might not give the freedom we hope to achieve.

I can only imagine how vulnerable you'd be giving them freedom to roam alone. 

Because she is giving up a relatively small amount of money to have the freedom to continue to ply her craft, in this case, for us, while her investments hum along.
