I am not taking this at face value and booked tickets to fly into columbus on wednesday.

Nothing will make tenants move faster than bullets flying through their walls. 

versus they all fly to Disney world and spend twice that per day, if they’re lucky?

At least, my CPA does and he called me out several times and told me something was not going to fly with the IRS like when I purchased 3 appliances that cost me $21,000.

But, the flying bullets in the neighborhood turned me elsewhere. 

As we saw this year with the rental car crisis, many folks were flying directly into Homer, and many other folks had to change or cancel their plans due to not having a car.

Some of them lost their real estate license, some are on the Freddie Mac Exclusionary list (meaning FHA/VA/Fannie/Freddie will not do ANY loan, ever, on any transaction that these people are involved in [even if they're involvement isn't as a buyer/borrower] -- basically the 'no fly list' for mortgages), and some are in prison.

The lure of a cheap property looks like a deal but if it was they would be flying off the shelf.

Having never gone this route before, I am trying to learn on the fly. 

I wanna pick either Vegas or Phoenix cuz it's closer and I can just drive there instead of Dallas since flying back forth can cost money but it seems the market in Vegas isn't that good right now what do you guys think ?
