@Misty Alderman, Well you've got an uphill battle in some ways because intent is a very fluid thing to prove.  

I would assume that somehow with the LLC in play, the transactions are written in a way that the LLC name is the "benefit of".If you call around to some other SDRIA companies they can explain their fees and what this all means regarding what they allow in their business practices.Because Quest also mentioned "prohibited transaction", I would think she would have explained what she meant a little more to make it clear to you for your intentions of use and why it would be prohibited.

Not everyone is meant to go to college and get a 4 year degree.

@Russell BrazilThose people probably just watched a video, or read some really simplistic example without realizing the numbers in that analysis are meant to be ease of explanation, or even rule of thumb.

Its all a scare tactic meant to buy them power and scare you to death. oh and speaking of outlandish apocolyptic lies and predictions meant to drive fear, can anyone say Y2K???
