It appears a single family property for ~$100-125k could bring in roughly $30k in NOI on a short term rental in desirable FL areas, and based on rent prices in the area it would be half that NOI for a 12 month tenant.

I'm surprised the inspector only pointed it out and said that we shouldn't allow that--but nothing more firm.

The people who “own” the apartments do not actually own the apartments; each apartment based on size, desirability such as view, floor, placement in the building, etc., is assigned a specific number of shares in the cooperative corporation.

I was able to secure a piece of property in a desirable area from someone I know that is approved and zoned for an RV park.
