This works in my market as most people book 6+ months in advance, so the final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. 

If I spend $15k on a new roof, appliances, and paint I’ve likely paid more in labor than materials and won’t see the same return on the final value.

I was finally able to look at the property only to be told as soon as I left that they just assigned the contract that day.

I am done with all 6 courses, and plan to apply tomorrow to take the final NATIONAL and STATE Exam (Texas). 

Just passed my final agent license exams in Connecticut and am working on finding the right broker/office to sign on with in Northern Hartford County (Simsbury, Suffield, Granby, West Hartford, Windsor Locks, etc).
