My favorite is when you drop a tool/plywood/whatever into a hole in dry wall trying to fix it and then you have to make the hole bigger to get it back out.I've also managed to drop a screw driver into the back of a garage concrete had just been spread in, about 5 feet below the floor of the house.

Or perhaps it could be an option we could set, I can't imagine some of our 14k reply people auto-following but it could drive more involvement in threads that haven't creeped up to that hot topic spot.
