I work full-time as a Director of a health care company, and and flipping homes was supposed to be a side hustle, but it has very quickly become somewhat of another full time job, but I wouldn't have it any way as I'm enjoying the ride thoroughly.

In addition, there are horse riding areas around from the property and within a short drive, as well as all of the activities at the LBL recreational area.I am considering moving closer to Fort Campbell as I want to begin investing in the Clarksville TN area, plus I drive a little over an hour one way to work everyday.
