I am enjoying the realestate ride and all the learning over the past 2 years. 

This option has everything to do with riding the investment, not the property. 

It is like they paint over a Rembrant with a paint by #s of a Thomas Kinkade (No offense to ppl out there that appreciate his work but just trying to use a common example) bc it's "old looking" and most ppl like what is in fashion right now.

It's going to be an interesting ride, that's for sure!

I work full-time as a Director of a health care company, and and flipping homes was supposed to be a side hustle, but it has very quickly become somewhat of another full time job, but I wouldn't have it any way as I'm enjoying the ride thoroughly.  

In addition, there are horse riding areas around from the property and within a short drive, as well as all of the activities at the LBL recreational area.I am considering moving closer to Fort Campbell as I want to begin investing in the Clarksville TN area, plus I drive a little over an hour one way to work everyday.

What is important is that the title company get the figures right and does thing in a timely fashion.

My dad has given people rides to work, grocery store gift cards for the holidays, and more.
