From my simple calculations, taking into account paying for attorneys, business structure/expenses, etc. not to mention the time of due diligence, and understanding legalities, it seems more lucrative (AND SAFE) to invest in a fund.

I'm not sure how you can compete against that and make some serious money, unless you own an expensive villa by the ocean but I'd love to learn if your friends have a recipe.To be clear, I never suggested that you can't make money with a short-term rental in Punta Cana.

they are bit more on the expensive side, but dont use wifi and are more durable then the regular keyless door entries. this ensures that guests can always get in and out even if there is a power outage.
