If not local I do a video walkthrough but the last thing I want is someone walking in and saying it isn't what they expected and wanting their deposit back.

How can they prove the urine stain is from you if they have no evidence that it was 100% clean before you moved in via pictures or video?

Can your realtor go into the unit and take a video of just that unit to show potential buyers?
