Cockroaches are incredibly hard to kill on your own, they can live pretty much anywhere and eat pretty much anything to survive.

Vinyl plank is what I use for my living spaces and it can be used for bathrooms.

If you have your VA eligibility and you're looking to buy a new place to live in and then rent out your existing property, that should be no problem.   

I live in oklahoma where there are tons of raw land opportunities that I could snatch up and place a manufacture home on a 1/2-1 acre lot and flip it or rent it out. 

I am a big believer in living below your means, and I also know from 10 years of investing that you need to capital to make any significant progress in this game.
