Imo if you want a high quality of tenant you offer a high quality product 

I am an authorized Goodman/Amana dealer...every furnace in the country is manufactured in 3 factories...all the "high-end" furnaces are basically the same product in a different case with enormous prices tags.

News flash, being self employed means you will have to sell your product and service to others while remaining competitive in the market place.  

I did not come across any banks that offered a better product or interest rate than UICCU.

Yes there are many selling those products that will say that they are best for beginners, but it is just not so IMO ...
