Meeting W/ Potential Mentor

Aloha everyone.  I have some time blocked off with a potential mentor this morning. He owns several highly productive properties in town and is one of the most established investors around here. 

I have a list, but what questions do you recommend?  Thanks in advance.

@Brian Garrett Thanks for the reply. I was just posting to see if I picked up any nuggets. 

We talked about the potential for a young and new investor like myself in a market like this (San Francisco area). One of the most important things I think I did in the meeting was offer to add value back to his life. I have a wife who is working on her realtor's license and is an elementary school teacher by trade. We live own the street so we can do work for him. Also, I am in the Coast Guard reserves and am connected to the local military network so I can help him fill vacancies. He has one now so I am hoping to help fill it to help him out.
