The big players have a large enough portfolio to accommodate, albeit begrudgingly, the changes in RSO rules.

Slumlords give everyone a bad name and causes the city to enact drastic measures rather than just focusing on the bad players. 

Find who the players are.

The end result is easy property management, consistent financial reporting and feedback, and maximizing your CPA's time by only engaging them for what they are best at - tax planning. 

So what practical and tangible plans can real estate investors engage to ensure the next 12 months are even better than the last?

I also know most of the major players around town as well.

I currently have a full time job that I enjoy but will not allow that to be an excuse not to invest.Here is what I have done so far in terms of REI:Joined BP of course and currently engaged in analysis paralysis when it comes to active investing.I participate in several syndications and so far those are going well but I am not at a point where I can generate enough income to replace my current salary.

We are going to be on it and outplay the players in this game.
