How do I find motivated buyers

 Justin,

Easy - find a great deal. A great deal attracts cash buyers as bees are attracted to flowers :)

Seriously, I've flipped houses to other investors and there isn't a great deal that I didn't sell quickly. In other words, when you find a great deal, selling it to cash buyers is the easiest thing in the world. You can post it here on BP. Post it on Craigslist. Mention it in your local Real estate investors association meeting.

And the property will be gone and you will have a check in your hands.

Now, if you don't have a deal yet and you want to find buyers now...and your question is how do you do those...then the answer is: NETWORKING - like...

  • network online - here on BP. Find who the players are. The players are those who buy houses weekly or on a regular basis
  • network offline - attend your local REIA meetings, meetup groups, landlord associations, etc

Goodluck!
