It is a good community to network and learn about all aspects of real-estate investing.

I can't say I see the "investment" aspect of it now but with time it'll pay off since I decided to buy in future hot spot location (new developments are being built and there are many more to come).

I wouldn't mention the info you know regarding that aspect to keep the transaction "clean".

I consistently have the ability, between my thorough/ hands on property management team ( that I assembled and manage), construction ability encompassing all aspects, and successful tenant placement procedures...to acquire houses, renovate them, and have them pay me rent of 9-1000 a month over and over again, while costing me right at what you are talking about out the door. 

I am newer to BiggerPockets and I have already benefited so much from the networking aspect of this community! 

I love all aspects of real estate including buying, selling, flipping, and holding it.

But again, from the actual work aspect, she did great.If a different good referral comes up, I wouldn't be opposed to switching, but until then I'll stick with her.

I'm relatively new here, as well, but I can tell you there's a huge wealth of info here on all aspects and angles of real estate investing from an incredible amount of combined years of experience.Much better than any paid program.
