New Investor from Santa Rosa, CA!

Hello everyone!

I was just introduced to investing recently at a Flipping Formula workshop. Although I didn't have the money to continue with their mentor-ship experience, I still became very interested in the concept of investing and all the pros that come with it. They introduced something called Wholesale Transactions (A-B-C transaction) which I would be interested in starting with to build my savings first.

I wanted to join this community because I've heard great things from many people about it, and I want to gain as much knowledge as I can about real estate investing.

Now, is there any advice anyone can give me as to where I start first?

Thanks and looking forward to getting to know this business and the people in it!

-Niki
