There are also some investor specific websites like Bigger Pockets where you could post advertisements for the contract for the property.

You can do the same thing electronically and reach more people.

You cannot advertise properties you do not own unless you are an agent.

At least in these parts title companies are ok with electronic signatures for contracts.

And from what I understand they are going to be doing this deal as a 506(b) syndication, so their advertising is a huge no-no.

Here are some examples: Advertising that a person “must have a job” to rent an apartment.

Yet I see them advertised by agents everywhere.
