@Felix Cruz Best strategy in MA is to buy properties and close on them. Then, and ONLY then, market the property for resale.
In MA, you cannot market a property that you do not own, unless you are a licensed real estate agent working under a supervising broker and have a signed marketing agreement with the owner.
