A lot of real estate services include PM so they can keep in communication with the landlord. 

You are able to build your system, become efficient, learn the process in and out, and build confidence.You can consistently hit a bunch of singles and doubles and build wealth.  

I could speculate that the software helps the landlord or property manager keep on top of the maintenance and communication issues which make more tenants happy but we do not really know why this is.
