It's adjacent to a Metro stop so its a pretty valuable plot of land, I just don't have the time to look into redeveloping it yet.I don't think it would come to the point where my tenant would move as we have a good relationship and she probably doesn't have any better options but given that this is such a low maintenance tenant, I also want to keep it that way.
