Good topic I talked to my agent who went part time and got a full-time job.She said the current environment is cut throat agents doing things that are unethical or at least bad business practice .Verbally tell someone one thing then turns around a do something else leaving folks holding the bag.Looks like a dog eat dog world right now.

I explain that while it does cost a little more over the course of the year to pay on paydays rather than monthly, people choose to pay for convenience all the time with overnight shipping, same day delivery, eating out vs. cooking at home, etc.

I have a will but the title company says it needs to go through probate and will cost me 1-2k but there's no money in this place and even as a realtor it's eating all the commission.I called an attorney and numerous title companies and they all agreed it has to go through probate. now I'm faced with 3 options.
