I just wasn't sure how it would play out with the dispute over principal owed and the sketchiness over past payments, but ultimately I concluded I would have the immaculate records of the seller verse the sketchy payment history and method of the buyer.

I really appreciate the comments and opinions this community provide.In general, when one does his research of due diligence on something like this or on a private lender, I suppose we run a research online (BP, news articles, reviews, BBB, business license, customer references, company history...)
