Talk to the exterminator about that too.If they find bedbugs in a unit, they will probably recommend de-bugging every unit with a touching wall, ceiling or floor.Good Luck!

What are people doing for financing these days? Deal will likely be ~$790k for 5 residential units + 4 commercial along Philadelphia Pike. Any help/advice would be much appreciated! I have ~300k I can get from a HELOC

@Shannon Sadik not sure the size of deals this lender you mention has been involved with.If you are looking to form a syndicate and target large assets with non-recourse financing, your work around with this lender is to form an entity structure (I prefer LLC's formed in Delaware) where he is an equity partner.

Hello Bp, came across a home in DE where the seller is motivated, she is an absentee owner and there is already a tenant occupying the property.My question is would i approach these types of houses differently?

Its in a cul de sac and have three families owning there and its a mixed race families.
