Hi BP folks,

I am a newbie here. I have been listening to all the podcasts and so far up to only 124 podcasts still many more to go! Thanks for this wonderful website and podcasts I am currently looking for my residential house but will do house flipping or hacking or all kinds of different things in the future hopefully.
