Most people only move when they feel it’s safe, and that only happens after they see the early movers starting to cash out.

Also the economy of that location or state could be harmed and you would be harmed (even if you did really well in a downward spiraling market the market forces may overwhelm you advantages).Diversification is definitely a wise move to be safe. 

I rather be safe than sorry so going to hinge on that rule.  

Evening Fellow Investors, As I am finishing up  @Scott Trench's own Set For Life, I came to a section in the book under "Exploration of Financial Freedom" about The Safe Withdrawal Rate.

So I decided to play it safe and wait until the OO period is over.  

Based on the conversations that I've had with her over the years, she definitely adheres to a "play-it-safe" model.

They are usually sensitive to the annual inspections to help keep our property safe as well.

Once the immediate incident is over and you're safe, even as scum they are afforded constiutional justice.

So long as you keep it as your opinion I would think you would be fairly safe in voicing that, so long as that is clear.

I think it's safe to say that unethical scientists from both sides have at some point or another disregarded or disposed of evidence that they didn't think supported their side.
