I'd guess that's gone down as we have gotten deeper into spring.

However digging a bit deeper it appears many of these locations have experienced an astronomical appreciation due to the fervent buyers and lack of inventory.

The less information and the more unprofessional the seller is, the deeper you write the discounts.. 

She is that all too familiar American who is being victimized and she will rally the momo's of facebook... and some state agency will tell her- "you don't even need it to be a service dog, it be an emotional support animal." 

Some folks just get blinded by the pricing here and don't look deeper.

I know your emotions want her for all the right reasons, but you work hard for your properties and need to be thorough with your DD as we rarely see who people really are on first dates, job interviews etc.

The key to successful design is form follows function while invoking an emotional response.

I have learned through the forums and podcast that in order to be successful, you really do need to treat this like a business and not go into it with emotion.
