I have created a detailed DCF model to analyze the investment and have stumbled across a couple of questions that I hope you guys can help me answer.

I have done partnerships in the past and we normally draw up an LLC and then find the property to buy since it's pretty cheap and good to hammer out any details beforehand.

Does someone have any good recommendations on where I can get or create a good lease.

In the meantime I'm looking for some options in terms of creating some financing to scale.
