Paying an attorney a couple hours at $200-$300/hr might be worth every penny.

Yeah, it sucks to feel like your "on the clock" at some crazy high $ rate but if you have a good lawyer, they are very efficient and it is worth every penny.

A friend has been making a small killing in penny stock, go to crowdfunding, invest in local cell phone companies or loan money to a bakery for inventory, many car dealers will be happy to use your money.
