I would venture to say the other one you had under contract that didn't go through because of something else, would have been held up like this one is once someone had to actually sign off on the appraisal.Best of luck

I would say if you’re simply not interested in Indy (I mean at least worth the Wick’s sugar cream pie ha) you should venture into the Midwest more and look for other ‘like Indy’, historically flat markets.
